Delivery & Return Policy

 



DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS

 

  1. We ship worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world.

     

  2. We offer FREE SHIPPING for any purchase of our watches.

     

  3. In general, it will take about 7 working days to complete the delivery.

     

  4. For those countries with VAT process or Custom Clearance process, please expect that it may take a longer time.

     

  5. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting our customer service or  within 7 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to us will be on you.

     

  6. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with us by email. If a product has been discontinued, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. We will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

 

RETURN

 

  1. As a customer, you have the right to return and receive a full refund of any purchased products within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch.

     

  2. Pack the watch the same way it was delivered. Do not bend leather bands around the cushion of the gift box! Leather watches shall be placed flat with the lower part of the wristband placed inside the elastic band and the watch facing upwards.

     

  3. You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. Have you not received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service with your order and tracking number.
